Chris Babinski brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and financial markets to Core Financial, Inc. He studied finance at the University of Florida and began his career on the investment side of the industry, later serving as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley and working as a trader in hedge-fund and financial-markets roles.
That background was built on analyzing markets, investments and complex financial situations — reading how the numbers actually behave over time rather than how they look in a single monthly payment.
Today Chris applies that experience to mortgage strategy, helping Florida buyers, homeowners and investors understand the financial implications of their mortgage options: how structure, term and cost interact with cash flow, time horizon and the rest of a household balance sheet.
